One simple way to lessen the acceleration of gaining those few pounds or stone, is to remain hydrated. Below I will briefly go into the importance of water in a weight loss / health program.

For our bodies to function at optimum rate, we must be well hydrated, known as optimal hydration. Though most may think below is fairly obvious, most do not realise how much water we really need to take on board.
